Meet Prateek Sudhir Kumar (CPT NASM, PN L1 Coach , Stanford online Edu. Nutrition Science) , a Mumbai-based fitness expert with extensive experience in Nutrition Science.

It's been 3 months since I did the 21:21 program and I havn't even put 0.5 kgs back on! It's insane, even though I am eating everything under the sun. I have had times where I have shared the menu of the restaurant with Rashi and we were able to decide items from the menu that did not impact my rhythm. I was diagnosed with moderate fatty liver 6 months back post which i re- joined fitcru to help me work on my diet. I am glad to see my results this month when doctor said liver is normal now with no stiffness and he has stopped my medications too. The charges of each coach depends on their experience, skill set, success rate, specialisations etc.
Your coach will select from one of the many exercise programs we have created or curate one specifically for you. Along with this the coach will also ensure you get. Complete nutritional diet chart every week with all the supplements you require.

Yes once you start you can change your coach within 15. Days, from any coach in the same category or you can upgrade to a higher category, more experienced coach.
Data from your consult call is recorded and shared with the new coach only once you change the coach.
Nutrition coaching allows clients to get weekly menus, and habit coaching. It will make deciding what’s to eat and when to eat extremely easy. Our menus have the exact portions that you need to consume.
